We live by the motto “assess don’t guess”. When you work with us you will start with a comprehensive movement screen. This helps us better understand the way you move and the ways you may compensate in your movement.  We believe in assessing where you are currently to know how to best help you go where you want to go.

We’re not all built the same. We don’t all perform the same. Our programming might need to be individualized accordingly.  We want to make sure we take your abilities, strengths, and weaknesses into account when creating a program. This is why we always start with a thorough assessment.
