125 Chest to Bar Pullups

125 KB Swings (52/35)
125 Double Unders
125 Overhead Squats (95/65)

For the skill segment, Coach Ryan will break down the elements of the kipping pullup and give you time to practice several drills.

This is a Chipper.  All Pullups must be completed before the KB swings, all the swings before the Double Unders, and all the DU’s before the Overhead Squats. Only one athlete may be working at a time. The athletes may work in any order they choose. There is no minimum number of reps each athlete must complete. There is a 30 minute time limit.
