Handstand Pushups               
Perform up to 50 handstand pushups
–Rest–
3 Rounds For Time:
50 Double Unders
21 Burpees
Run 400m

For the strength segment, after a thorough warmup perform up to 50 strict Handstand Pushups.  This is a chance to try some different scaling options and find what works for you.

The conditioning workout is pretty straight forward.  Sub single unders (3 or 4 to 1 ratio) for DUs.  Make sure there is a jump (ie, off the floor) with each Burpee.
