Working in sets of (2) 2:00 Rounds w/ 1:00 Rest between stations
Partner A Row for Cals VS Partner B Wall Balls
Partner A Burpees VS Partner B Toes to Bar
Partner A Kettlebell Swings VS Partner B Air Squats
Partner A D-Ball OTS VS Partner B HSPU/Push Ups

Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s Partner WOD is a face-off! You and a partner will be going head to head and your final score will be the net of how many more reps one partner did over the other. Each working round will be 2:00, after the 2:00 is up each partner will switch movements and do the other. After that 2:00 is up, you will have 1:00 rest to move onto the next pair of movements. When each “team” or rivalry has completed all the movements, you will add up and see who did more reps!
REST 5 minutes
For Time:
Partners alternate running 200 meters a total of 10 times (5 each).
The Partner not running will complete as many rounds as possible of:
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Front Rack Lunges
3 Shoulder to Overhead
Score will be the time to complete and the number of rounds! So you can’t totally phone in the runs 😉
