WOD for Tuesday 060711 Click Here For Today’s Schedule
Air Squats
Perform 10 PERFECT reps on the minute for 10 minutes (Perfect = hold bottom and top plank positions for a 1-Mississippi count)
Then, 4 minute Tabata Interval (with a partner counting good reps)
–Rest–
3 Rounds For Time:
30 Wall Ball (20/12)
20 Toes To Bar

Post Tabata Squat Score and Metcon Time to  Comments
The focus for the strength segment is on GOOD FORM.  All Air Squats should be performed with full ROM.  Maintain good posture, keep your weight in your heels, eyes up, and knees tracked over your toes.  Squat below parallel and fully extend knees and hips at the top.

For the Metcon, only count your Wall Ball reps that clear the 10′ and 9′ lines!  Scale Toes to Bar as necessary.
