In teams of two, with only one partner working at any given time, and partners alternating each full round, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes:
5 Pullups
7 Pushups
10 Box Jumps (20)

Post Workout Rounds Completed to Comments
For the workout today, scale each movement as necessary.  Do not use a rebound off the floor on your box jumps.  Partners alternate completing full rounds.
