Every 5 minutes for 15 minutes, complete the following:
3 Hang Power Clean (65% 1RM)
25 Double Unders
3 Hang Power Clean
25 Abmat Situps
3 Hang Power Clean
25 Double Unders
3 Hang Power Clean

For the skill segment you’ll get to play on the rings and practice ball ups, inversions, and skin the cats.

For the conditioning workout, you have 5 minutes to complete 1 round. If you finish before 5 minutes is up you get to rest.  Repeat for three total rounds.
