Weighted Pullups
7 Rounds For Time:
7 Box Jumps (24/20)
7 Air Squats
7 Deadhang Pullups

Post Pullup Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the strength segment, perform 5 sets of weighted pullups.  Use any grip you wish.  These should be of the deadhang variety. 

For the conditioning workout, use as little assistance as possible for your pullups.
