AMRAP in 6 Minutes:
6 Thrusters 6 Box Jumps
Partners will split up movements any way. One partner must always be holding a plank.
Rest 2 Minutes

AMRAP in 5 Minutes:
5 Shoulder to Overhead
10 Kettlebell Swings
Both partners work simultaneously.
Switch every time both partners have completed their movement.
Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP in 4 Minutes:
20 Abmat Situps
20 Double Unders
Decrease reps each round by 1.
Split up any way.
Rest 2 Minutes:

AMRAP in 3 Minutes:
Ascending Ladder Snatch/Overhead Squat
Partner 1 does 1 of each. Partner 2 does 2 of each. Partner 1 does 3 of each, etc.
Rest 2 Minutes

AMRAP in 2 Minutes:
Both partners work at the same time to complete as many lunges as possible.
Rest 2 Minutes

AMRAP in 1 Minute
Jumping Squats
Both partners work. As many as possible.
