Then take 10-12 minutes to establish a Max Distance Broad Jump
In teams of two:
200m sprint; tag your partner & after both have run, move on
150 Wall balls, rotating every 15
100 HSPUs, rotating every 10
75 Abmat Situps, rotating every 5
50 Burpees, rotating every 5
200m sprint; tag your partner & finish!
Post Jump Height, distance and Workout Time to Comments
For the skill segment, establish a max height box jump and a max distance broad jump for the day. Do not take more than 10-12 minutes for each one.
For the conditioning workout, partners can scale movements differently as necessary. There shouldn’t be much rest time here.
