Handstand Holds – Free Standing
Work on holds for Max Time (use light/heavy spots as necessary)

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
Run 400m
10 Burpees

Post Handstand Hold Times and Metcon Rounds to Comments
For the strength segment, establish a 1RM Deadlift.  Lower the bar to the floor for all completed reps.

For the Metcon, scale GHD Situps to 20 unanchored Abmat Situps. 

Try not to look like too many of these folks doing your Deadlifts today (except the kid at 3:29, he’s cool)
