CFD at the NC Powerlifting Championships

CFD Coaches, Tripp and Lori, and CFD athlete, Kristine Rae Olmsted, participated in the NC State Powerlifting Championships this past weekend in Denver, NC.

Kristine took home two medals and set the American Record in the Squat, with a 287lb lift, for her age and weight class!  She also Benched 160lbs and Deadlifted 325lbs!

Tripp won the Men’s Open Raw Division (220lb class) with a 1202lb Total!  Squat: 413lbs Bench: 265lbs  Deadlift: 524lbs

Lori took home 4 medals – 1 silver and 3 bronze!  Squat: 193lbs  Bench:  99lbs  Deadlift: 198lbs
