Our first in house Weightlifting Meet is being held today from 9am – 1pm!

Everyone is welcome to attend and cheer!  Free lunch provided by King’s starting at 11am!

There are no regular classes or free Community Workout today!

Join us tomorrow for regular WODs at 10 and 11am and a special Father’s Day WOD at 9:15am!
