:30 Grasshopper Lunge Stretch (try to get your forearms on the ground!)

10 alt. Scorpion Twists (laying on your stomach)

3 Rounds:

5 Lunge Lunge Squats

10 Sumo Stance Reaching Ground to overhead

5 each side Suitcase DL (use a light KB, DB or even a 10lb plate pinched with your fingers)

Build: Legs

Every 2:00 x 4 sets

10 Tempo Goblet Squats (3131)

10 Jump Squats

Conditioning:

9 Min AMRAP:

8 Front Squats

16 Situps

8 Deadlifts

Same weight for both Front Squats and Deadlifts.. you need to do all 8 front squats unbroken every round
