Clean
Establish 1RM
–Rest–
AMRAP in 12 minutes:
5 Power Clean (135/95)
10 Pistols (5 each leg)
15 Double Unders
Post Clean Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the Clean take 12-15 minutes to warm up and set a 1RM for the day. You should work up to the heaviest weight that you know you can get, which is probably more like 98% of your true 1RM. Do your best to NOT fail on too many reps. End on a good note!
For the conditioning workout, make sure you are scaling your Pistols appropriately. Your knee should track over your toes just as in a two legged squat…don’t put undue stress on your knees with shoddy form!
