Jumping Chest to Bar Pullups
DB Shoulder To Overhead (as heavy as possible)
Post Clean Loads and Metcon Time to Comments
For the strength segment, work up to the heaviest set of 2 full cleans you can. Full squat!
For the Metcon, you may press, push press, or jerk the DB’s overhead. For the jumping pullups, use a step that allows you to grab the bar with a fully outstretched arm.
