A total body workout designed to improve your overall fitness based on our unique interpretation and application of the CrossFit® Method. Workouts change day to day, include use of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight, and traditional “cardio” equipment. Build strength, increase flexibility, and send your cardio through the roof.
Expect running and rowing, athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells, sandbags, and functional tools. While most sessions are held indoors, we also have a covered outdoor training area as well.
Each day will be tailored to your specific, individual long term goal, whether that is health, general conditioning, optimum level of fitness, or competition. Regardless of current condition, everyone experiences a challenging, functional, and fun workout every time.
Regardless of prior experience, our coaches will help you get the most out of these sessions. Your workouts will be a combination of those done by the gymnast, endurance athlete, sprinter, and weightlifter. Your overall level of fitness will never be better.
