In teams of two, complete 20 Rounds For Time:

10 Wall Crawl
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
10 KB Goblet Squats (52/35)
Partner A runs 400m
Partner B completes as many rounds of the triplet as possible
Partner A begins triplet where Partner B left off

Post Time to Comments
For this workout, we’ll train outside in the park out back.  Use whatever size sandbag you’re comfortable with.  The run will be approximately 200m.

Wall Crawls — we’ll do them today without the pushups on either end
