Take 20 minutes to work on your Double Unders

–Rest–
4 Rounds For Time:
20 Burpees
Row 500m

Post Metcon Time to Comments
For the skill segment,  practice your Double Unders.  If you have them pretty good, try doing AMRAP in 2-4 minutes.  Or try them on one leg.  If you don’t have them, then keep at it!

For the Metcon, make sure you fully extend your knees and hips on every Burpee.
