Post Snatch Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the strength segment, receive all Snatches in full Overhead Squat from each of the 3 positions.

For the conditioning workout, take OHS from the ground.  Sub parallette jumps for DU’s.

*EXPANSION UPDATE*
