Double Unders
Take 20 minutes to work on your Double Unders 
6 Rounds For Max Reps with 1 Minute Rest between Rounds
AMRAP in 3 Minutes:

3 Power Cleans (135/95) — technique video here
6 Pushups
9 Air Squats  

Post Metcon Reps to Comments
For the skill segment, take 20 minutes to practice your Double Unders.   

For the Metcon, do your best to not drop the bar on every Power Clean rep.  You can scale up your pushups to include a hand release at the bottom and make the Air Squats, jumping squats if you choose.
