For the skill segment, Coach Paul will take you through a series of drills to improve your Double Unders.  Singles, doubles, single legs, forwards, backwards, tabatas.  Practice makes perfect!

For the conditioning workout,  today is part of Strength & Conditioning’s Hope For Kenya event.  Scale movements as necessary.
