Hustle sessions give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level in just 45 minutes. Expect running and rowing, athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells, sandbags, and functional tools. While most sessions are held indoors, we also take advantage of the outdoors in Old North Durham Park, just outside our back door, when we can.

Sessions are suitable for all fitness levels. All our newest athletes start here to build a foundation of fitness, generate consistency in showing up, and learn what it means to “hustle”. Our veterans use this session to get in and get out, hit it hard, and work up a sweat. Regardless of current condition, everyone experiences a challenging, functional, and fun workout every time. 

These sessions do not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our Strength & Conditioning sessions, which is why they are the perfect solution for getting in an awesome workout without much complexity or tons of experience.

Every workout is designed to give you the most well rounded training possible whether your goal is general health, improved fitness, or preparation for an activity like rec sports or adventure racing. We use a combination of:
