7 Deadlifts (225/155)
7 Box Jumps (24/20)
Post Pullup Loads and Metcon Time to Comments
For the strength segment, use a weight vest or weight belts to add load to your dead hang pullups.
For the Metcon, scale Deadlift load and Box height to minimize rest periods and maximize intensity.
