For the strength segment, perform 50 Full Support to Lower Downs. These reps should be slow and strict. Jump to the top of a ring dip and then slowly do a negative muscle up. See video above! Break up the reps into as many sets as necessary. If you missed yesterday’s strength segment and would like to make up the Deadlifts, have at it.
