New WOD Tracking App

We are very excited to announce that we are bringing a new WOD tracking app to CFD through our new partner, totalWOD, beginning this Saturday, November 1st.  

This app is FULLY INTEGRATED with Mind Body Online!  You will now be able to use one app for scheduling classes, logging your WOD results, and a lot more!

Here are a few steps to help you get started:
1. Download the Free App! You can find the iPhone version here, and the Android Version here (it is the totalWOD ATHLETE version).

2. Username & Password: Once you download the app, you can login using your MINDBODY email and password. IF you are not automatically connected to our box, please email [email protected] for assistance.

3. Register for Class: Once logged into the app, you will also use the same login– your MINDBODY email and your MINDBODY password– to register for classes. The app will store this information for future class registrations so you will only have to enter it twice the first time.
