Push Press

–Rest–
Perform 10 Rounds:
One minute to complete 3 reps of Push Press at 75% of your three rep max, then Max Rep Toes To Bar in the remaining part of the minute.
Rest 30 seconds

Post Push Press Loads and Total Toes To Bar Completed to Comments
For the strength workout, perform 5 sets of 3 rep Push Press….not Jerks!  Dip, drive, press.  Do NOT rebend the knees.

For the conditioning workout, use 75% of the heaviest set of 3 from the strength segment.  Scale T2B to KTE.  Great technique video below.
