In Teams of Two, For Time:
30 Air Squats
400m Plate Carry (45/25)
Then…
3 Rounds of:
20 Over the Box Jumps (24/20)
20 Burpees
20 Push Press (45/35)
Then…
30 Air Squats
400m Plate Carry (45/25)
*Both partners run at the same time. Both must carry a plate, and both must complete the Air Squats. Work cannot commence until both partners have finished the run.
**One person works at a time during the triplet.
Post Team Workout Time to Comments
Today’s conditioning workout is done in teams of two. Both air squat/plate carry segments must be completed by BOTH partners. During the 3 round triplet in the middle of the workout, partners take turns completing the work. They do not each have to complete 20 reps of each movement.
