Push Press       
Establish 1RM             
Every 30 seconds for 10 minutes:
1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk (225/155)

Post Push Press Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the strength segment, after a thorough warmup take 20 minutes or so to establish a 1RM Push Press for the day.  Don’t Jerk! It’s ok to leave a little in the tank for the next time.  Put your PRs on the board and get that cowbell ringing!

For the conditioning workout, choose the load based off of your Push Jerk capacity, and use roughly 80% of that number.
