Rings
Practice ball ups, inversions, skin the cats, and levers
–Rest–
15-12-9-6-3 Reps For Time:
DB Thrusters (40/25)
Explosive Pushups

Post Workout Time to Comments
For the skill segment, get on the rings and play.  Ball up, get inverted, skin the cat, try some levers.  Do not go above your capacity unless you have a competent spotter.  Do not get hurt and DO NOT LET GO OF THE RINGS until your feet are back on the floor!

For the conditioning workout, perform the pushups so that your hands leave the floor in the “top” position.  See video below for a couple of options.  Landing your hands on plates will definitely bump the intensity up even higher.
