Ring Pushups
4 sets of Max Reps

Run 200m
20 Box Jumps (24/20)
25 Situps

Post Ring Pushup Reps and Metcon Time To Comments
For the strength segment, perform 4 sets of Max Rep Ring Pushups.  Your feet should be parallel or higher (scale up) than your hands.

For the conditioning workout, Abmat Situps are RX’d.  You should not scale up to GHD situps unless you have been doing the regularly in high volume.
