Ring Pushups
4 sets of max reps
–Rest–
AMRAP in 12minutes:
30 Double Unders
15 Power Cleans (115/75)

Post Number of Ring Pushups and Metcon Rounds to  Comments
For the strength segment, perform 4 sets of Max Rep Ring Pushups.  Set the rings and use a box for your feet so that your feet and hands are on a straight line parallel to the floor.

For the Metcon, scale Power Clean load to allow you to do a majority of the sets of 15 unbroken.  Don’t curl the bar!
