Rest 4:00 between bouts

Post Time for Each 1000m Row to Comments
For the skill segment, Coach Paul will have you playing and practicing on the rings.

For the conditioning workout, you will complete 4 rounds of a 1000m Row for time, resting roughly 4 minutes between rounds.  Each round should be an all out effort!
