Take 20 minutes and work on your free standing Handstands.
5 Rounds For Time:
Run 400m

20 Burpees
15 DB Bent Over Rows (35/25) — see “how-to” here

Post Time to Comments
For the skill segment, use the time to work on free standing Handstands.  Use a spotter as necessary.  Work on holds and maintaining midline stability.              

For the Metcon, scale DB loads as necessary to maintain appropriate lumbar curve for all repetitions.
