For the strength segment, perform the Press in sets of three working up to the heaviest load you can handle. Keep the bar close to your face on the way up and hit a fully locked out overhead position with your rib cage locked down.
The Metcon today is meant to be done hard and fast. We’ve had plenty of long ones lately. Scale up if you choose but try to keep your WOD time under 8 minutes.
