Parallette Shoot Throughs
50 Strict Reps

Complete the following for time:
First, 50 Abmat Situps
Complete 30 ground to overhead (135/95) and 30 Burpees as fast as possible.
Then, 50 Toes to Bar

You may do any combination of movements to get the bar overhead.
This workout involves some strategy since you must pick one of the one of the following rep schemes to complete the task:

  • 1 round 30 floor to overhead/30 burpees
  • 3 rounds 10 floor to overhead/10 burpees
  • 5 round 6 floor to overhead/6 burpees
  • 10 rounds 3 floor to overhead/3 burpees

Post Workout Time to Comments
For the skill segment, partner up as necessary with a set of parallettes and perform 50 very strict reps.  You should pause for a 1-count in each position.  Maintain a tight core in each position.

For the conditioning workout, you are starting with 50 abmat situps and ending with 50 toes to bar.  In the middle, perform 30 reps of ground to overhead and 30 burpees broken down in one of the four sequences above.
