In teams of two, “Tabata” intervals – Each partner alternates until each partner has completed 8 20-second intervals for each movement:
Power Snatch
Burpees
KB Swings
Post Workout Reps to Comments
For today’s workout, you will work in teams of two. Try to team up with someone who will use the same Power Snatch and KB Swing load. Total time for the workout is 24 minutes. Partner A goes for 20 seconds, followed by a 10 second rest. Then Partner B goes for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds rest, and so on until both athletes have completed 8 20-second intervals of each movement.
