30 Double Unders
15 Kettlebell Swings (52/35)
Post Pullups Loads and Workout Rounds to Comments
For the strength segment, work up to a 1RM Deadlift for the day. All reps should be lowered to the floor.
For the conditioning workout, sub parallette jumps for DUs. Note: If you keep subbing out DUs, make sure you’re practicing in your warmups!
