“Airforce WOD”
For Time:
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
20 Push Jerks
20 Overhead Squats
20 Front Squats
Begin with 4 burpees to start the WOD and do 4 burpees at the top of every minute. All movements are to be done from the floor. No rack!
Post Time to Comments
Men’s RX’d weight: 95lbs. Women’s RX’d: 65lbs. Consider using a load of 70% 1RM of your Overhead Squat to maximize power output and intensity.
