Skill: Chest 2 Bar Pullups

Strength: Push Press + Push Jerk + Split Jerk

Every 2:00 x 5 sets

1 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk

*Work between 70-80% of 1RM Push Press or Push Jerk (whichever is higher)

*If the split jerk is a huge limiter you can do 2 push jerks

Conditioning: Intervals

3:00 On/1:00 off x 4 

20 Alt. DB Snatches

10 Alt. Box Step Overs (holding Snatch DB)

Comp: 50/35, 24/20, Ring Muscle Ups

Fitness: 40/30, Leg @ 90 degrees, Chest 2 Bar

GPP: 30/20, Leg @ 90 Degrees, Kipping Pullups

Health: 25/15, Bodyweight Step Ups, Jumping Pullup
