6 DB Thrusters (40/30)
7 Pullups
8 Pushups
Post Overhead Squat Loads and Metcon Time to Comments
For the strength segment, perform four sets of 3 rep Overhead Squats as heavy as possible.
For the conditioning workout, scale movements as necessary. Add “hand release” pushups to scale up.
