Max Reps:
Back Squat
Bench Press
Deadlift

The goal of today’s challenge is to complete as many reps as possible in the Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.  All lifts must be performed through full ROM.  Pausing longer than 5 seconds will terminate your set.  For the Deadlifts, your hands cannot come off the bar and the bar must come to a full stop at the bottom, ie no bouncing.  The goal today is for everyone to COMPETE, regardless of your loads on the lifts. 

The Challenge categories are: 
Men

All 3 lifts: 185lbs
All 3 lifts: 225lbs
All 3 lifts:  315lbs
Squat/Deadlift:  225lbs  Bench Press:  185lbs
Squat/Deadlift:  185lbs  Bench Press:  135lbs   

Women
Back Squat/Deadlift:  135lbs  Bench Press:  95lbs
Back Squat/Deadlift:  95lbs  Bench Press:  75lbs
