With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Scale your pullups using BANDS today as needed. You should be able to get through at least 10-12 minutes of this workout. If you would like to continue past the point where you don’t complete a set, pyramid your reps back down to 1.
