8-10 DB Floor Press with a 3131 Tempo (3 down, 3 up)

6-8 each Side plank rotations

10-15 Banded PVC Lat “Pulldowns”

Uptown Pump (12ish mins)

3 sets , NFT

10/each Single Arm DB Upright row

10/each Standing Arnold Press with 3 sec controlled lower (same weight as upright rows)

12-15 Seated Banded Row
