20 Plate Push Press
25 Plate Bus Driver Squats
30 Plate Push Jerk
35 Plate Front Squats
*Every 90 Sec 20 Bicycles
WOD 2:
8 Minute Cap *
“Death By Jump Rope” or Jumping Jacks
Min 1: 10 Reps Jump Rope
Min 2: 20 Reps Jump Rope
and so on for 8 minutes.
