Deadlift
5-5-5-3-3-3
Progressively add weight to the bar during the first 4 sets.  On the 5th and 6th sets, attempt your max effort for the day. 
–Rest–
4 Rounds For Time of:
10 Burpees
Run 100m
10 Dynamic Pushups
Run 100m
10 Lateral Jumps (over paralettes)
Run 100m
