1. You start with a free discovery call and movement assessment.
2. Your coach designs a fully custom program tailored to your goals (strength, fat loss, mobility, pain-free movement, etc.).
3. You attend up to 3 scheduled semi-private sessions per week in a group of no more than 6 people.
4. Your coach is on the floor the entire time giving real-time feedback and adjustments.
5. You also get 24/7 access to train on your own + unlimited access to our regular Group Fitness classes.
