25 Wall Ball (20/12)
20 Box Jumps (24/20)
15 Pushup

Post Deadlift Loads and Metcon Time to  Comments
For the strength segment, work up to the heaviest single rep Deadlift you can for the day.  Add weight to the bar every rep.  Do not drop the bar from the top…lower it back to the floor under control.
