Shuttle Runs between rounds of 150/100/50m total
Post Split Jerk Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the strength segment, perform max effort Split Jerks.
For the conditioning workout, the cone will be set at 25m for the Shuttle Runs and the total distance each round will be done from going to the 25m cone and back. There is A LOT of pressing in this workout. Scale accordingly or your elbows will be sore for a week.
