1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Pullups

Post Clean Loads and Workout Time to Comments
For the strength workout, perform 5 two rep sets of the Clean.  Bar should be received in a full front squat.  Take a brief moment to reset your start position between each rep in the set of two.

For the conditioning workout, scale up Pullups to chest to bar.
